Chef Matteo Migliorini was classically trained in his native Italy, and then went on to master his craft in France and England. He ran his own kitchens and worked side by side with some of the greatest chefs in the world. Working in these world-class establishments, he learned what makes a kitchen great and he brought that knowledge with him to the United States. When an opportunity and a challenge presented itself in Miami Beach in 1999, Matteo brought his training and talent, and serendipitously crossed paths with his future partners, Chris and Diego. He brings his love of fine dining and only the best ingredients to each one of his kitchens. His passion for the restaurant business is evident with every dish he serves.
